I found out the hard way that “Unlimited” really means no more than the average customer usage!

They wouldn’t even let me use my account to store and transfer files among my machines, even with a dedicated account. Apparently that’s in the terms too, all files stored on the server have to be part of an active web site.

This is pretty funny actually. I’ve purchased a business shared hosting plan… VERY GOOD PRICE BY THE WAY. Especially for what I’m getting. Dang near unlimited everything. I am however posting this about 9:32am Central time, and I seem to have FTP and e-mail access, but I can’t get my pages to load. This had happened before when I first signed up, but it usually passes with in a few minutes.

As far a phone support, these days, you can’t expect good phone support from any web host. The online live chat support is great though. Wait times of usually only 2 minutes.

.. 9:34am : Site is back up.

These things happen though.

If you want CRAP HOSTING, AND I MEAN CRAP TRY onedollarhosting.com . They give you what you pay for! lol

I love a2hosting. Good price, Good service. Sometimes they go down, but that happens to pretty much every service provider.

They always get me what I need for any new applications I am planning.
