I am using IMH for the past 3.5 years. When I used Joomla and Virtuemart, there were no complaints except for 1 times of downtime, due to a front page hack attack. It took them about 2-3 days to sort things out.
Now I moved to a Magento based site with barely 350 products and barely 90 customers/day (!!!) they claim I need to go to VPS. This seems to me like a poor behavior. I wish I smoke what you do and observe a site with big DB with 10 000 pages without their interest and attention. Just sayin…

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Completely unreliable customer support. I was trying to configure my business email with my Mac Mail for over a month and they kept finding new issue of why its not working. They don’t have phone service, you can only communicate with them through email. You have to create a “ticket”/ claim every time you have an issue and need assistance. Today I woke up to my site being down and they still haven’t resolved the issue with my email.

Don’t waist your time or money.

123.reg are a scam company. They have stolen money from me. Never use as they won’t let you cancel and take your card details and charge you for services not ordered. Do not use please, or you will find the hard way along the line when they charge you for the rest of your life.

I used HostMonster five years ago and they were okay.

Now they suck.

They have gone downhill. They don’t have good customer service. If you start an “open ticket” they don’t even respond. You have to call them to get any customer support.

I switched to another company and I’m glad I did. Anyone signing up with this company is making a HUGE mistake you’ll regret.

Yes it is the worse hosting company I have ever worked with over the years. I have used them as a re-seller for over 20 years and the tech support get worse every year. The last support ticket I sent in stated all 92 website we have were down and it took 2 days for a reply. If your business can be down that long please let me know how. Stay away from them at all cost.
