The service is down right now, and it happens from time to time. If I were hosting a serious money making site - I'd consider finding a more dependable service provider, but for my fledgling blog I'm going to stick it out. They've been quick to respond in the past.

I have been a glowhost customer for about 2 years. Thier technical support has been very quick to respond to any and all issues we encounter. There has been some instances however where service was completely down for several hours and sometimes more then 24 hours. It is rare.

Currently as of right now, all glowhost.com services are DOWN, and you cannot get thru to them on the phone.

We've been hosted for about three years now on GlowHost. Their services is perfect, for the price. Support is amazing.

The only downside is the bandwidth speed. Hosters offering high volume/unlimited bandwidth/month has limited upload speeds to control this bandwidth. It is still perfect / more then enough for most personnal / commercial websites.

It's currently down tho' (and every hosted also in the mean time.), apparently it's GNax.net fault, as it is probably the service provider (colocation) for glowhost.
