So they brought on board thousands of customers by promising free hosting if you registered a domain name through them. Even though the domain names were most expensive than other domain name registered, I registered them through HeartInternet because of the promise of free hosting. Then, all of a sudden, they switched off the free hosting. I couldn't access my files. I have sent countless support tickets but their staff such as Alistair White refuse to assist. They will only allow me access to my valuable files if I buy their premium hosting service, which I can't afford. So now my site has been down for a whole month. People should avoid these people like the plague. Heart Internet is just terrible and their support staff such as Alistair White are arrogant and rude. They are great at taking your money for things that cost nothing like whois privacy that they get from opensrs for FREE.... Heart Internet want £5 for it.... thiefs. They have this thing of not answering questions in tickets or just refusing to do things. I am a reseller and asked to push the domains from there reseller account over to my account and they told me I would have to pay to transfer them..... They are just so bad, I suggest you avoid them at all costs as there have hidden costs all over the place. I feel sorry for my (ex) friend who uses 1&1, SUCKAAAAAAAAA lol. Never had a problem, sept going over my bandwidth and even putting "pirated" songs on the site so I could use them @ school which said "friend" downloaded them without ANYONES permission, but they were sympathetic about it and it was just the bandwidth anyway (cus I cant afford the paid hosting yet lol) I could not agree more.
