I’ve been with Lunarpages for several years and was happy with the service provided, both server performance and support. For the past year, performance and support services have declined severely. I often can’t get to my email accounts via IMAP or webmail and support response time is 10+ hours.

I’m on my second bout of no email with Lunarpages. I signed up with them just for email on my domain. This time I’ve been without email 24 hours, they have no update or eta when the problem will be fixed. Now it’s Saturday, I don’t know if anyone is even in support.

Count on me, lunar page is no, it was good, then their tech support became so slow to response ticket, longer than you could image, 5~7days still got no reply, is it long enougg?

Then, blame on me for over memory conumption, max 100MB per host!!! I haven’t installed a lot programs on my site but just a shopping cart from AbleCommerce with 300~500 pages hit per day. And a Fourm program based on .php and MySQL. The forum conusme very little power and memory and I don’t have more than 100hit a day. Then I got a alert email telling me that I’m conusme over 100MB memory? Hello~~~~! How many site being hosted by one sever? 500? or 1000?

I’m searching other hosting company and I’ll move all my site away from LunarPage and from webhost4life.com as well

i Don’t , as far as i used their service i am very dissatisfied with them… … they are not at all good web host.

If I had to pick…or, better yet, if I could afford to pick, Lunar it seems would be one of my first choices for web hosting.
