Their customer support is far superior than others (what I been advised by others, who use other providers). They have gone above and beyond to assist me with my sites, whenever needed.
Excellent pricing and plans! Speed connectivity is fast, network uptime is good.
There are so many useful features included into their hosting plans. Good for them.
I have been very satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend their services. I suggest that anyone new to site building and looking for a new provider or even looking to move from their existing host, place PacificHost on the top of their list.

I am pleased dealing with PacificHost web host. It is really professional host, and they have the quickest support ever.
I particularly like cPanel which I never had before and the ability to do things like upload zipped files and unzip them in file manager.
Their servers have only been down once while I have been with them and during that time they kept me fully informed/updated as to the progress being made in getting them back online.
Furthermore, their discounts saved me a good sum of money.
Very competitive pricing. Love PacificHost!!!

I’d like to tell you about my experience using PacificHost web hosting services.. Frankly speaking, I am fully-satisfied.. thumbs up to their support. Everytime I have had a question or needed support I have received an answer to my emails in less than one hour. They are always helpful and friendly no matter how simple or complex my questions are.
The hosting solutions provided are excellent. Great value for money..
I am also happy with the control panel. Servers are really fast – speed connectivity is superb.

I’ve used Pacifichost for quite a long period of time. Most of the traffic stems from a webcam which uploads several pics per minute. Reliability is 100% I honestly cannot remember the last downtime our site has had that wasnt because of something I did.
The server uptime and overall speed performance are outstanding and consistent.
Their technical support is Helpful – support tickets tend to get a response within minutes, which usually resolves the problem. I’d recommend them quite highly.

I agree that tech. support is fairly good but you’ll have to push to get things fixed. My biggest complaint is that they do not spot issues on their own or are even aware that they broke something. Rather I had to open tickets or chat with their support folks to get things fixed.

Just recently, (ie yesterday) I noticed my site was down and had to contact them to get it fixed. I give them credit for fixing it fairly quickly. However trying to find out what actually caused my outage was a bit more difficult. Apparently, they migrated my account to a new server and missed some edits. I didn’t get any advice notice of this migration. Also, the tech. I was chatting with didn’t seem to know this either.

I’m aware other hosting companies are worst but please don’t call this the best. It can be much better.

I cant say enough good things about Pacifichost. I have been completely impressed with them. Its the best. You can enter a service request in and most of the time it will be answered within minutes.
Mail system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want.
I have NEVER had even a blip in server functioning.
They could double their price and I would stay with them. They are that good and you won’t be disappointed. I don’t think I will ever leave.

I used several other web hosts before coming to pacifichost and I had a lot of problems with downtime and slowness when the site wasn’t down. It was killing us so I looked for other hosts and based my research on uptime and price. I chose pacifichost and they have been everything that I could have hoped for with absolutely no problems since we moved to their hosting. When I need support it is very quick and they take care of the issue with no attitude. I’m not an IT guy so this is important to me. Don’t have any complaints about ignorant techs or availability issues, they have always been there for me. I can’t say I have enough knowledge to tell you more about their reliability and uptime but at the very least the customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

They look cool, I used them past 2 months, I never contacted them after initial setup for support help, very well handled people. PacificHost is very good.

pacifichost is great really I like their new cloudflare service and their speeds are incredible, I have a ping to my website under 80ms which is amazing. I haven’t needed to contact their support simply because everything has been going good so far, will update if anything changes

Bottom line was with them for 24 hours and submitted4 tickets for downtime/speed on business plan…Fatcow shared plan was faster and up more..and customer service forget about it…these guys blow..buyer beware
