The very worst is that if for any reason they don't receive payment on line, they send you an email informing you that your server has been suspended. Even if you have been a customer for 10 years (as we are). I have never encountered a company who treats a good customer so badly. 10 years ago it was quite difficult to find companies which could provide what Rackspace provides, but no longer. There's plenty of competition which can offer the same service for a third of the price and may well treat you as a valued customer. They get you into one price then basically add features and services that good managed companies already provide. I did the pricing a few months back and you could purchase 3 servers with Server Intellect with more ram, Cpu and traffic plus have better support then you could with one Rackspace Server.
