I have the cheap 33$/month system. Their customer support is very fast at any time of the day and quite helpful. I receive replies from them within 5-10 minutes using the web forms. The server uptime and the speed are excellent. I never had any problems with them during so many years, and having a cheap server my expectations are not high anyway, so they deliver more than I expected. They don't have proper Customer Support, they bill you after they close your account. They are hard to communicate to. Their servers are slow. I've been using it for 6 months, and now, 6 months later, I still have to fight with them! They SUCK!!!!! ServerPronto is worst out there!
