		<description>Teresa, having exactly the same experience! Joined Thinkhost back in 1997 &amp; have been a customer since. I miss good old Vladi &amp; bunch. Now I get no answer to support tickets apart from snide comments telling me not to open multiple tickets!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had Thinkhost for years. It started out with more-frequent-than-should-be-normal outages in service. But customer service, usual by someone named Roman or Vladi... was attentive, at least responded in a timely manner. Not so anymore. Not so at all. I submitted a ticket three weeks ago for a problem of missing stats for three different websites for a period of time greater than a month.  This during a time where accessing tracking was important for tracking a specific campaign I had going. The first response: &quot;I don&#039;t see a problem.&quot; The next, &quot;Oh, I see. I&#039;ll send it to senior support.&quot; Then I follow up again after a very long silence from Thinkhost (2 weeks?) by submitting a new ticket. I get an immediate response: &quot;Kindly don&#039;t submit another tix for the same issue. It confuses us/slows things down.&quot; Slows things down? How much slower could a response be than a now 3 weeks of no responses? The issue still hasn&#039;t been resolved. My 3 websites have no statistics from the end of July to today (September 7th, 2010.) Thinkhost customer support is very, very bad. I&#039;ve filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, where I learned the organization has an &quot;F&quot; rating. As soon as my contract with the company expires, I&#039;m moving on.</description>
