I've been with them for a few years, here is my advice: For dedicated servers, they rock. If you want a shared hosting plan, no matter what size, make sure you don't run database reliant sites (e.g. wordpress) with them, since the shared sql database servers are extremely slow and down several times a month. It was better in earlier days, but since most platforms nowadays rely on databases, it looks like they missed this new trend. So, a great host, but some of the shittiest shared sql servers I've seen...and I have accounts with over 15 hosts.

Webair Rocks! I changed 3 hosts before i go to them, and the pain and nerves i wasted I do not want to even mention. Webair were the only one who took the time to get my shit fixed. I make more signups now and get less complaints, not to mention my bill which is close to half what could be if i went to rackspace.

I joined WEBAIR and DREAMHOST back 3 years ago.

People in the net were telling Webair is TOP and <a href="http://www.hostingsthatsuck.com/go/dreamhost.php" rel="nofollow">Dreamhost</a> is overselling. Well Dreamhost was really cheap so I gave it a try with some of my sites.. WEBAIR price was not the cheapest but ok for my budget. So I hosted some sites there. Today I can say that WEBAIR is SHIT!! I don't know what they did, but all of my sites run slower and slower, outage more and more and it even became more and more expensive!! Sales & support suck! People seem to be dumb there and do not really care about your problems. They say "your site is the reason..." As I if I do not know how to code my sites.

<a href="http://www.hostingsthatsuck.com/go/dreamhost.php" rel="nofollow">Dreamhost</a>, meanwhile also became more expensive, but not the same like webair, well I had just some very few issues with them at the beginning (maybe fist year only) but the service was always TOP and the people there knew what they were speaking about! But the site quality became better and better.

So all in all I must admit to the few hundert people speaking about this, if you run serious business spend some more money and STAY AWAY FROM WEBAIR! It is not a good host and will make your business die if it continues this way!

They should take more time to optimize their infrastructure and they should send their staff to seminars more often, or should start teaching them more stuff.

I'm having an issue with them as we speak! FTP problems started early yesterday, so I opened a support ticket, got a reply asking for details within 10 minutes or so, so I replied with the details and I haven't heard back since, and it's been well over 36 hours now. I tried calling phne support, but now it says that my plan does not included phone support!! I had phone support and live help when I first signed up, but they decided to change all that so now what I though I had, I no longer have.

Also, a week or so ago, all my websites were down, and this had happened a few times in a row within a month, so I opened a support ticket and asked why this keeps happening, so the reply was "Maybe you need to upgrade to a dedicated server" - holy crap! Are they causing the problems on purpose just to try and sell me a more expensive hosting package? What a rip off this company is!! I hate switching hosts as it's a real pain in the ass, but I can see it coming in my near future for sure!!

I have been with Webair for the past two years. Since I migrated my sites over from another host things have been great. Webair network hasnt been down at all for the past two years which is important to me when looking for a host. I started out with a $9.95 per month account and I started to outgrow the bandwidth and storage quickly. They were on top of things monitoring my sites and usage and offered me a great deal on a VPS server. Things picked up for me again and I needed to get a dedicated server which went really smooth. They have specials all of the time which I think is great. I have been on this dedicated server for over a year and have nothing but good to say about the support team over there and the customer service that I feel goes above and beyond the normal calls of duty. I recommend Webair for all of your hosting needs!

I been with webair last year. I brought the share account and pay them monthly. This way I can test them out and if I don't like it will just cancel and go else where. A few months past and everything was great, it was so great I decide to open a second account and paid them for 1 year. About 4-5 months in when I have all my sites moved to their server I started to have database problem. Then it got worst, the server was slow and I was still getting errors on my wordpress blogs. So I decided to move away from webair for good. The account I paid for 1 year was only used for about 5-6 months. I would recommend webair if you have regular html pages. If you have wordpress or other heavy database sites, just be careful...

been with Webair for over 5 years now and have had everything from small virtual plans to now running a dedicated server cluster. They are the best host I have dealt with by far. Service and Support is very good, fast, and professional. Never experienced any downtime or lingering issues that I would get with other hosts. Just started using their Cloud Storage too for my critical data, very happy with it.

I recommend Webair to everyone because I started out with a small nothing account and have grown steadily and they always treated me like they really cared about my business and they have been a great host.

As I write this post webair.com is down :(
I've been hosting 10 domains with webair for about 4 years now, and they really have a good uptime and a fast support. But there's always been some problems with MySQL databases which went down say once in every two months, and my sites depend heavily on MySQL. So, if you have a simple html-based website I recommend this host.

I'm sure every company has its good and bad points. Since I moved to webair I have seen my bottom line go up and my conversions almost double. The support has been top notch for me. The offer online live person support and phone support that answers anytime i call. The also have a ticket system which lacked a bit in the past with response time, but has been responding to every ticket i open within minutes the past few months.

Bravo to webair this is the best host i have ever been with! 5 star recommendation!
