Joined Thinkhost back in 1997 & have been a customer since. I miss good old Vladi & bunch. Now I get no answer to support tickets apart from snide comments telling me not to open multiple tickets!

It started out with more-frequent-than-should-be-normal outages in service. But customer service, usual by someone named Roman or Vladi… was attentive, at least responded in a timely manner. Not so anymore. Not so at all. I submitted a ticket three weeks ago for a problem of missing stats for three different websites for a period of time greater than a month. This during a time where accessing tracking was important for tracking a specific campaign I had going. The first response: “I don’t see a problem.” The next, “Oh, I see. I’ll send it to senior support.” Then I follow up again after a very long silence from Thinkhost (2 weeks?) by submitting a new ticket. I get an immediate response: “Kindly don’t submit another tix for the same issue. It confuses us/slows things down.” Slows things down? How much slower could a response be than a now 3 weeks of no responses? The issue still hasn’t been resolved. My 3 websites have no statistics from the end of July to today (September 7th, 2010.) Thinkhost customer support is very, very bad. I’ve filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, where I learned the organization has an “F” rating. As soon as my contract with the company expires, I’m moving on.
